Marika has a wide range of experience in complex contract and business disputes in state and federal courts, including turnover proceedings, litigation involving foreign sovereigns, bankruptcy-related litigation, government investigations, insurance coverage disputes, and international arbitrations.  Marika's work has spanned a broad range of industries including financial services, pharmaceuticals, energy, oil and gas.  Marika has also litigated immigration, family law and education law cases. 

Prior to joining ASNER LLC, Marika was an associate at White & Case LLP and also provided consulting services to a public interest education law firm.  

Marika received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania.  She is a member of the New York bar.
